Frommer's Review
The Flora is on a central but quiet street between the Castello and the Galleria Comunale. The rooms are uninspiringly contemporary but very livable, with amenities like double-glazed windows and personal climate control. The owners keep the place in tiptop shape -- after all, they live on the top floor, just across from the glassed-in terrace with a view over Santa Maria delle Carceri and the Palazzo Pretorio, and where in warm weather you can enjoy breakfast. They also rent out five small apartments downtown, all fitted with wireless Internet access.
