Hotel Flora ReviewThe Flora is on a central but quiet street between the Castello and the Galleria Comunale. The rooms are uninspiringly contemporary but very livable, with amenities like double-glazed windows and personal climate control. The friendly owners keep the place in tiptop shape -- after all, they live on the top floor, just across from the glassed-in terrace with a view over Santa Maria delle Carceri and the Palazzo Pretorio, and where in warm weather you can enjoy breakfast.
