Frommer's Review
The Giardino is right on the corner of Piazza del Duomo, but you can't see the Duomo itself. On the plus side, this once heavily trafficked corner has recently become blessedly pedestrianized. The Giardino is the center's most modern hotel, restructured in 1990 with built-in furniture, new carpeting in all the rooms, and large, firm beds. Another plus is the Risalti family who run it: an extremely friendly bunch who have kept their little inn in great shape since the 1930s.
