Set beneath thatched-roof palapas and the starry evening sky, this is one of the top dining options in Provo. Among its winning attributes is an unbeatable location directly facing the Grace Bay Beach, which it shares with Grace Bay Club's two buzzing bars, the Lounge and the Infinity Bar, where you can enjoy a drink before dinner and watch the sun set. Tabletop candles and flickering lights from free-standing torches deepen the romance of the setting. The menu changes regularly, but you might start with the trio of conch (conch tacos, conch tempura, conch Creole) or the tuna tartare; main courses rely heavily on seafood, particularly fish -- try the mahimahi in papillotte or seared filet of red snapper.
