A diner run by a chef, instead of a cook, means the omelets are divine, the BLTs are heavenly, and all kinds of little surprises are on the menu, like Mexican specials. It's a little off the beaten track, but it's worth seeking out Chach's for reasonably priced dining without the crowds you find on Commercial Street.
