This Chilean-Swedish hostel is 2 blocks from the center and the lakefront on a street of traditional wooden houses near the old railway station. The white, three-story house's rather plain exterior belies its more refined, upgraded interior. Floors are polished reddish wood, with walls in mint, cream, blue, or red in rooms, while other areas still have the same white paneling of the outside. The furniture isn't quite as fashionable, but considering it's a hostel, this is certainly not an issue, and beds are quite comfortable. Camping is available in the garden.
