While they sometimes show sporting events at the PG Sports Bar, this is really an all-purpose nightspot with occasional live bands, DJs, and karaoke nights. It's located on Main Street at the southern edge of the little central park. Another downtown option is the Titanic Bar, a popular open-air affair with a view over the water. If you want to get even further out over the water, head a little south of downtown to the funky Ocean View Bar, which is a dimly lit dive, with a large open-air dock out into the sea. Finally, heading out north of town is Waluco's, where there are occasionally live music jam sessions, a local Punta Rock band, or a Garífuna drumming outfit.
