Executive chef Joji Iwama's menu specializes in a divine combination of East-West flavors that culminate in sharp, fresh tastes, exquisite presentation, and the best New Zealand produce. From tasty sushi to lamb inlaid with wasabi rolls and softshell crab with buckwheat noodles, your taste buds will be swept off their feet. Make sure you leave room for the coconut brûlée with black sesame ice cream. I'd return just for that.
