Bill and Kari Moers' outstanding service and value put them in a class of their own when it comes to B&Bs; in fact, they rival many more expensive options in their attention to detail and the warmth of their welcome. Factor in four fabulous big rooms and a collection of Persian rugs to die for -- not to mention great views and a breakfast you'll never forget, and you'll see why I rate this as one of the best B&B stays in the country.
