The Dairy Private Hotel

At the dairy, they feed you right....and it goes well beyond milk products (the owners are former chefs). Breakfast is a gourmet feast (eggs benedict, buttery croissants, fruits, fluffy pancakes, you name it); the honesty bar is well-stocked and reasonably priced; and the included afternoon tea, with its freshly baked scones, local jams, fresh butter and brownies, is an exercise in happy decadence. 

Luxe touches don't stop at the food. Bedrooms have every swank amenity you could imagine from Molton Brown toiletries, to fluffy loaner robes to top-quality mattresses. The "premier" rooms have jaw dropping views of the Remarkables. The shared living room, with its roaring fireplace, is a welcoming place to hang out and chat with other guests. And owners Matt and Paul make sure that each person's stay feels like a house party; they truly are the perfect hosts.
