Frommer's Review
Housed on the second floor of the Teatro Sucre, this elegant restaurant is more style than substance. The dining room is long and narrow and has high ceilings and stark decor, with bold black chairs, white-clothed tables, and heavy red drapes. Although fancy and formal enough, and certainly acceptable, both the service and cuisine fail to live up to expectations and the prices charged. The cumin-crusted tuna is a good bet, as is the rack of imported New Zealand lamb chops. Two separate five-course tasting menus are available for $33 (£18). This is certainly convenient if you're going to the theater here. Whether I'm going to the theater or not, though, I prefer simply coming to their new wine bar, where you can sample from their extensive wine list and cellar, and order a few appetizers to fill you up.
