At the time of this writing, Gia is by far Quito's hottest and most happening club, with go-go dancers and a varied musical repertoire including anything from Offspring to Tiesto. Entrance costs $8 to $10 (£4.40-£5.50) on most nights, or as much as $15 to $20 (£8.25-£11) for special events. DJ Paul Van Dyke was recently here, and Shakira held her concert after-party at Gia.
