Bar Kahytten, in the Hotel Randers, Torvegade 11 (tel. 86-42-34-22), is an appropriate venue for a business rendezvous or for a weekend tryst. Positioned on the ground floor of the previously recommended hotel, it's outfitted in a woodsy, carefully paneled, old-fashioned, nautically inspired style that pays tribute to 19th-century Danish seafaring traditions. It's open daily 5:30pm to 12:30 or 1am, depending on business.
