Rosa Bianca

This small, lovely hotel is quiet, unassuming, and exceedingly personable, with friendly management and a perfect location right at the end of the main road at the port, with great views over the harbor and restaurant-lined promenade, all the way to the castle. Many of the smallish to midsize rooms are on corners with little semicircular balconies and are flooded with light. They’re decorated with bentwood furnishings resting on somewhat tatty carpet, but the low beds lie on genuine box springs (a rarity in Italy). It’s across and down a bit from the Riviera, but enjoys better views.
