This good budget choice is located in the village of Arorangi. The entire property enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains, and a path leads to the beach through a churchyard across the road. The Estall family runs this basic but clean establishment, and the spaciousness of their units makes up for a complete lack of frills. Nine units are in a motel-like block at the rear of the property. An older building beside an ancient breadfruit tree has six units in which the bedroom is separated from the living and cooking area by a curtain; the three upstairs apartments share a large veranda, and a patio does double duty for the three apartments downstairs. All units have cooking facilities.
