Frommer's Review
This historic family-run hotel is set in a commanding location not far from Villa Rufolo. The entrance and lobby are sparely but handsomely decorated with fine antiques. The comfortable guest rooms are furnished with period or period-style pieces, with colorful tilework on the floors and in the bathrooms (the latter are up-to-date and functional, if a bit small). Public areas include a swimming pool and terraces, as well as some of the facilities of the nearby Villa Maria.
