Harrah's Reno ReviewThis branch of Harrah's, long a dominant player in the casino hotel market, is smack in the middle of downtown. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable; suites toss in Jacuzzi tubs and good views. The service, long a Harrah's hallmark, is excellent. Guests enjoy a variety of touches such as 24-hour room service, an extensive health club, pool, and in-house massage. Evening entertainment centers around Sammy's (named for Sammy Davis, Jr.), where Vegas-type shows feature topless gals and special guest entertainers. During the summer, Harrah's presents free concerts at the Plaza, a 65,000-square-foot outdoor venue.
