Adjacent to a quiet park and lake about 2 miles south of downtown, this fun hotel consistently racks up awards as the city's best. With the newly opened $400-million Tuscan-themed expansion, it's even easier to see why. The new 600-suite Tuscany Tower features plush pillow-top king-size beds, European soaking tubs, and all the amenities you would expect. The Tower rooms are clean and spacious; king rooms feature a sofa. The new Tuscan Gardens, a year-round haven complete with pools and private cabanas, opened summer 2008, and there's also a fitness center, wedding chapels, Arcade Xtreme with all the latest and greatest in video games, and a three-story Roman baths-inspired spa. Free cabaret entertainment flows throughout the night, and there are 15 themed bars on the premises.
