This lively theme restaurant presents a strange sight across the street from the covered stalls of the Farmer's Market, especially during warm weather when its big, garage-style storefront windows roll up to let fresh air in -- and cigar smoke out. Then you might swear you're in Havana in 1959 when Fidel Castro marched into town. Fake palms, ceiling fans, string lights, Cuban music, and adobe walls with gaping holes (where plaster ought to be) set a festive scene. The Cuban-accented cuisine lives up to the ambience. The menu changes frequently, so you never know what will be marching into Havana any given day. There's validated parking in the lot at Franklin and 17th streets.
