No, it doesn’t look like much from the front, and it’s not on the beach, but guests tend to fall in love with “The Parrot” nonetheless. The pool area and sun terrace is lovely and expansive, rooms are spacious, comfortable and rigorously well-maintained, and the service is very friendly. Add the fact that you have the wonderful Mi Familias restaurant (see below) right on site, a popular bar, and boutique and you get a property that is easily one of Rincón’s best spots to stay. Tip: Pay a little extra for one of the upstairs “panoramic” rooms with a view of the Cadena Hills and the coast.
