This sophisticated, high-energy bistro and lounge brings the big city to Roanoke. You can watch the chefs scurrying around the open kitchen through the big storefront windows on Campbell Avenue, but wander on in for a drink and some sushi at the large martini bar, which dominates the main dining room. Most of the city's well-heeled young professionals will be here, especially on weekend nights when Metro! turns into a South Beach-style lounge. Beforehand, the kitchen provides a wide range of exciting fare, from sushi and sashimi to curry-brushed lamb shank and line-caught wahoo with a Mexican accent.
