Frommer's Review
This ideally located 1905 English Tudor house, nestled in a residential area near the East Avenue entertainment district and Park Avenue, is a fine place to stay. It claims to be the only B&B in Rochester with central air-conditioning. Rooms are elegantly decorated, with nicely chosen period antiques. The public rooms in this 20-year-old inn feature a grand piano, a fireplace, and window seats, as well as handsome Arts and Crafts details.
