The Oxford is a solid, if not spectacular, choice adjacent to the Borghese Gardens. Recently renovated, it's now centrally heated and fully carpeted throughout. The midsize guest rooms, which contain modern furnishings, have large bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and adequate shelf space.
