Set in a great shopping area, this six-story hotel stands behind a severe stone facade. It was originally a library in the 1600s. In the 1960s, it was transformed into a simple hotel, and in 1999, it was upgraded into a well-managed, government-rated three-star hotel. Bedrooms are relatively small but comfortably appointed with nondescript modern furniture. All units contain neatly kept bathrooms. Some have showers, some tubs, and some both. The staff is friendly and hardworking. The hotel has a simple breakfast room, plus a sun deck on the building's roof.
