Frommer's Review
At last a hotel in Rome's old Jewish ghetto, and not only is it quite affordable, but a winner. It takes its name from Via Arenula, a time-worn street linking Largo Argentina to Ponte Garibaldi and the Trastevere area. The Patta family converted and restored a 19th-century building into a comfortable inn. Close at hand are the Pantheon, the Colosseum, and the Piazza Navona. Rooms are furnished in a tasteful, traditional way, and they are inviting and comfortable, with pale-wood pieces and immaculate bathrooms, each with a shower. There's no elevator, so be prepared to climb some stairs.
