Whether you'd like to stay overnight or just drop in for lunch, the best place in Viterbo is this rather elegant modern hotel. Almost every room opens onto a loggia with a panoramic view. Bedrooms are furnished in a streamlined modern format, with well-groomed bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. The hotel's swimming pool is partially indoors so that it can also be used in winter, but the main draw is the Termal Centre, a top-rated spa. There's also a solarium. The severely modern restaurant serves some of Viterbo's finest Italian cuisine, with main courses costing 12€ to 30€ ($14-$36).
