Although the management has filled it with boutiques selling expensive gift items, such as luggage and cigarette lighters, many Romans still consider Canova Café the place to be on the piazza. The Canova has a sidewalk terrace for people-watching, plus a snack bar, a restaurant, and a wine shop. In summer, you'll have access to a courtyard whose walls are covered with ivy and where flowers grow in terra-cotta planters. The restaurant is open daily from noon to 3:30pm and 7 to 11pm; the bar is open daily from 8am till midnight or 1am.
