Most of the week this vast covered market sells flowers only to retail florists, who resell them to consumers. Every Tuesday, however, the industrial-looking premises open to the public, who crowd in for access to exotic Mediterranean flowers at bargain-basement prices. Open to the public Tuesday from 10:30am to 1pm.
