Getting There
Cap-Martin has train and bus connections from the other cities on the coast, including Nice and Menton. For railway information and schedules, call tel. 36-35, or visit www.voyages-sncf.com. To reach Roquebrune, you'll have to take a taxi. Roquebrune has no bus station: you get off on the side of the highway. For bus information, contact the Gare Routière in Menton (tel. 04-93-35-93-60). To drive to Roquebrune and Cap-Martin from Nice, follow N7 east for 26km (16 miles).
Visitor Information
The Office de Tourisme is at 218 av. Aristide-Briand, Roquebrune (tel. 04-93-35-62-87; fax 04-93-28-57-00; www.roquebrune-cap-martin.com). Two-hour walking tours of Roquebrune and St-Martin, each arranged with advance notice by the tourist office, cost 8€ ($10) for adults, and 5€ ($6.50) for students and children under 18. Each departs from the tourist office, and each encompasses a running commentary, in both French and English, on the visual and historical attractions of Roquebrune and Cap-Martin.
