Frommer's Review
Opened in 1963, this fine restaurant along the seafront offers a full view of the bay and even the Italian coastline. Made safe by a thick stone wall, its terrace is shaded by five crooked pines. The "Sea Horse" is a stone-and-glass garden house with a tile roof and scarlet-and-pink potted geraniums. Specialties include filets de sole en brioche with hollandaise sauce, coq au vin (chicken cooked in wine), terrine of hogfish and salmon in basil sauce, and galantine duck.
