With its impressive wine cave built into the side of a hill, this winery, which has adopted a Christian theme throughout its facility, is the most impressive and unexpected winery in the region. Tastings are held in private rooms within the wine cave, and wines are accompanied by food pairings. Look for Viognier and Grüner Veltliner.
