Frommer's Review

Although not as fancy as the Eisenhut , this inn is full of German charm. It lies at the end of a cul-de-sac in an old-fashioned timbered house that overlooks the Tauber Valley -- just the kind of place Red Riding Hood might have visited to see Grandma. Parking is in the barn of a former Dominican monastery. Rooms are spread across three floors (no elevator). There are many extras, including spacious bathrooms with showers and large mirrors. Any room is likely to please, but for the best views, ask for no. 7, 12, or 25.
