Frommer's Review
Small, intimate, and immersed in Saba's architectural and aesthetic traditions, this hotel complex occupies about .2 hectares (1/2 acre) of steeply sloping and carefully landscaped terrain, a 2-minute walk from the center of the island's capital. Designed of local stone, and set at an altitude above the other buildings of the complex, the lobby is filled with a collection of island antiques and lace curtains.
Each medium-size studio apartment has a semiprivate patio, a living-room area, and a queen-size bed. Bathrooms have showers and are well maintained. These units are housed in clapboard replicas of antique cottages -- two studios per cottage -- with red roofs, green shutters, white walls, and yellow trim. The interiors are breezy, airy, and comfortable. If you'd like a room with an ocean view, request no. 1 or 2. There's no bar or restaurant on the premises, but a nearby supermarket will deliver supplies on request. The owners of the establishment are three Saban brothers (Gary, Mark, and Dean), whose families all seem to help out.
Facilities:
Outdoor pool; coin-operated laundry
