RestaurantsPickering Wharf has a food court as well as several restaurants with outdoor seating overlooking the marina: Victoria Station (tel. 978/744-7644; www.victoriastationinc.com) emphasizes seafood and traditional American dishes and has a huge salad bar, and Finz (tel. 978/744-8485; www.hipfinz.com) is known for innovative seafood preparations and creative drinks. A couple of blocks away is Salem Beer Works, 278 Derby St. (tel. 978/745-BEER; www.beerworks.net), a sibling of Boston Beer Works that serves a similar variety of pub grub and house-made brews. The cafe at the Peabody Essex Museum serves lunch.
