Frommer's Review
Somewhat more appealing than the Bernina thanks to a radical reconstruction and renovation, this hotel was established in 1975 on the site of an Engadine-style private home that was built in the 1870s. During the renovation, the lobby was enlarged, the health and sports facilities were improved, and the in-house restaurant, U3, was rebuilt using antique paneling and architectural accessories. The bedrooms are outfitted in a cozy alpine style, each with comfortable furnishings and a mountain view.
