After becoming a Hilton property in 2009, this family hotel continues to be a less-expensive alternative to the nearby Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa . It has some of the same features as the Hyatt, including an understated Texas-themed decor, and an upscale convenience store. It's really meant for families who have come to visit SeaWorld, as it's less than a mile from the theme park. Rooms are large and traditional in decoration, and the bathrooms are a cut above what's normal for this price range. Suites offer jetted tubs and rainforest shower heads, and all accommodations feature Hilton's "Serenity" bedding.
