Frommer's Review
You're spoiled for choice at this gracious B&B. You can stay in the 1892 Greek revival mansion, in an adjacent guesthouse built 9 years later, or in a new limestone cottage built in a rustic, early-1880s style. The mansion, where the innkeepers live, is the most opulent and offers unusual walk-through windows leading to a veranda, while the guesthouse -- which houses most of the lodgings -- affords more privacy if you're uncomfortable with the idea of staying in someone else's home. Those who really want to hole up should book the Honeymoon and Anniversary cottage, attached to the guesthouse, or the separate Rock House cottage in the back; it's large enough for four.
All the rooms are light, airy, and very pretty, although this is not the place for those allergic to pastels and frills; pink dominates many of the accommodations, and even the darker-toned Imari Room has lace curtains. (The Rock House, done in more casual country style, is the exception.) Several of the units boast two-person Jacuzzis and gas-log fireplaces. Rooms are nonsmoking, but there are designated areas outside. Hosts Ellenor and Arthur Link are extremely helpful, and their breakfasts are all you could ask for in morning indulgence.
