Frommer's Review
Nothing fancy, Las Brasas is where local Barilochenses come for grilled meat. This simple and family-style restaurant started as a simple take-out joint next door. Order the parrilla mixta -- the waiter will bring you a grill stacked with a variety of meats and sausages. This goes typically with a mixed salad and French fries. For something lighter, choose the grilled chicken. The quality of the meat and the size of the servings are outstanding.
