Its central Castro location is not the only thing that makes 24 Henry a good choice for gay travelers. The 24 Henry building, an 1870s Victorian on a serene side street, is quite charming, as is the Village House sister property 4 blocks away. All of the individually decorated guest rooms have high ceilings and period furniture; most have shared bathrooms. A continental breakfast is served each morning in the parlor. All rooms are nonsmoking.
