Though locals don't frequent this Fi-Di (Financial District) place, it's very popular with tourists. The hook? The 17-story Hyatt's rooftop restaurant has a revolving floor that gives each table a 360-degree panoramic view of the city every 45 minutes. Equinox serves cocktails Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 11pm (until 1am Fri-Sat); dinner is served from 6 to 10pm.
