Its motto, "Never a cover, always a party" has been the case since 1987 when this industrial SoMa bar opened. This is the spot to come if you really want to do some drinking in a casual environment with DJ music ranging from club classics from the '70s to the '90s to top 40s. Nightly drink specials -- $1 well drinks and Buds from 9 to 10pm and half-price drinks from 9 to 11:30pm on Thursdays; $3 drinks from 9 to 10pm on Fridays -- make sure no one leaves sober, so plan your transportation accordingly. The bar's only open Thursday through Saturday, 9pm to 2am.
