The restaurant at this popular budget hotel is equally popular. The homemade pizzas are excellent. You have your choice of a variety of toppings, and you can build your own pizza. You can also get everything from burgers to burritos to vegetarian entrees, as well as local Mayan specialties like chaya tamales, made from cornmeal and a locally grown green. This is a great place for breakfast, including the typical Belizean breakfast of fry jacks, eggs, and beans, as well as excellent huevos rancheros and strong coffee. Try to grab one of the outdoor tables, and be sure to thank Martha herself.
