With its contemporary yet distinctly Northwest architecture, this luxurious little boutique hotel brings urban sophistication to Friday Harbor. The hotel's bluff-top location offers excellent views of the ferry landing, the Friday Harbor marina, and, in the distance, Orcas Island. Guest rooms have fireplaces and oversize whirlpool tubs, making this place a great choice for a romantic getaway. In some rooms, you can relax in your tub and gaze at both the view out the window and your own crackling fire. Many units have small balconies. Rooms and suites here are some of the best in the San Juan Islands, and if you enjoy contemporary styling, you'll love this place. If you want a harbor view, be sure to ask when booking a room.
