You might start the day with fly fishing or white-water rafting, and then in the afternoon take a cooking or pottery-making class. Families especially enjoy the guided geo-caching adventure, a scavenger hunt using a global positioning device. Prices range from $99 to $120 per day depending on the length of participation and whether you stay at one of their "partner hotels."
