Frommer's Review
This ranks as one of Santa Fe's more interesting dining experiences. It's part of the Inn of the Anasazi, but it's a fine restaurant in its own right. You'll dine surrounded by diamond-finished walls and stacked flagstone, which create an Anasazi feel to this restaurant, named for the ancient people who once inhabited the area. There's no pretension here; the waitstaff is friendly but not overbearing, and tables are spaced nicely, making it a good place for a romantic dinner. All the food is inventive, especially now that Chef Martin Rios has come over from the Old House. He made his mark there and now brings his bold and elegant palate to mostly organic meats and vegetables here. For breakfast, try the breakfast burrito with homemade chorizo, green-chile potatoes, and refried Anasazi beans. For lunch, I've enjoyed the crispy ahi tuna tacos with mango salsa. Lunch portions are moderate size, so if you're hungry, order an appetizer as well. For dinner, try cinnamon-chili-rubbed beef tenderloin with potato bone-marrow purée, oyster mushrooms, and asparagus. A favorite dessert is the almond milk panna cotta parfait. There are daily specials, as well as a nice list of wines by the glass and special wines of the day.
