What was previously Rociada has transformed into this award-winning Italian treasure. It was the only restaurant in the state to receive the International Wine and Food Society Award of Excellence and the Wine Enthusiast Ultimate Award of Distinction. Mountain Living Magazine named it one of the top 10 restaurants in the western United States. Classically trained chefs Nelli Maltezos and Eric Stapelman spend time in Italy to keep expanding their talents. In a cozy romantic-chic setting accented by the wood floors and smooth walls of a historic building they serve such delicacies as roasted quail with sweet Italian sausage and soft polenta, or a grilled rack of lamb with potatoes and artichokes and a black truffle reduction. They also serve a range of pastas, all house made. Try the pumpkin ravioli with brown butter and pesto. Over 500 wine selections are available to accompany your meal.
