A local favorite, this neighborhood trattoria features an excellent daily-changing menu with antipasto, pasta, pizza, and delectable desserts. It's set in an atmospheric old home with golden walls and hardwood floors. The place buzzes with activity most nights and can be a bit noisy. Service is friendly and knowledgeable. In the summer, you can dine on a patio. For a starter, I've enjoyed the crispy polenta with gorgonzola sauce. Their lamb sausage pizza is an excellent entree, as is the spaghetti putanesca. Nightly fish specials are always good. For dessert, I'd recommend the panna cotta. Beer and an award-winning wine list accompany the menu.
