Frommer's Review
A great spot for people-watching over the Parque Céspedes, this convivial terrace/balcony bar is always hopping, with a good mix of foreigners and Cubans hoping to meet foreigners. The hotel also has a Rooftop Garden bar on the top floor with excellent views of the cathedral and Santiago Bay, although this pleasant open-air space almost always feels underused.
