This new steakhouse offers quality fare in a formal but comfortable interior with fine woodwork, stained glass, and three fireplaces. The menu features a wide range of cuts of AAA western Canadian beef -- including prime rib, T-bone, and filet mignon -- as well as lamb, chicken, and seafood entrees. The wine list is one of the most extensive in town. Prime's also features live entertainment several nights a week.
