Every city has a traditional, well-loved steakhouse that serves as an epicenter for local movers and shakers and as a place to gather for celebrations. For Saskatoon, John's has served this role admirably for over 30 years. With an old-fashioned, linen-and-crystal decor, it's the place to go for steaks, fresh fish, roast duck with cinnamon-cranberry compote, pheasant breast with wild mushrooms, steak Diane, and of course prime rib.
