The name neatly sums up this casual Italian restaurant, where a party atmosphere reigns most nights. The tiny room is filled with mismatched thrift-store furnishings, and strange things hang from the walls and ceiling. Also around the restaurant are numerous paintings of the namesake "Bizzarro," a character who looks like a deranged Italian cook. The food, however, is good and cheap, and many interesting specials are listed on the blackboard. Bizarro is at the west end of the Wallingford neighborhood, just off Stone Way North.
